1. Question regarding the winch cable, out of curiosity. You say no holding rope/cable. What about holding the cable while bringing it up to "tension" so it doesn't twist on itself or get caught on something that would prevent the winch from operating at optimal efficiency? Thanks

2. Of course that would be acceptable. We just get too many people wanting to grab it while it's under tension.
