What will you be driving in TTCC?
"The rig I won in was supposedly crushed into a cube and made into a coffee table by a guy named Howard Deathrage. 1986 Suzuki Samurai, 1.6L Geo Tracker engine, Sammy trans and T-case with 4.16 gears, Dana 30 front and Dana 44 rear with 5.38 gears, cro-mo axles, ARBs, 37-inch BFG Krawlers, PSC steering, KMC wheels, front suspension is OME YJ leaves with 2.5-inch Kings and rear is linked with Walker Evans air shocks, 80-inch wheelbase!"
What is your most memorable moment from the year you competed?
"Being the only one to the top of the Hill Climb."
If you could take First Place in only one event, which would it be?
"The Tank Trap! It's the most difficult!"
If you had to take a last place finish in one event, which would it be?
"Truck pull...pretty obvious."
Besides yourself, who has the best chance of taking home the First Place TTCC trophy?
"The guy with the biggest tires and the most horsepower, right?"
When was the last time you barfed?
"December 2011, four-wheeling trip in the jungles of Belize, got stuck in a swamp and bit/stung by too many critters and it made me sick for about 10 days."
When was the last time you were truly scared?
"December 2009, four-wheeling in Costa Rica at night wading river crossings, the next day when I saw 18-foot-long crocodiles in those waters."
What was the last movie you watched?
"Senna. A documentary on Brazilian Formula One racing driver Ayrton Senna, who won the F1 World Championship three times before his death at age 34."
