Icon Vehicle Dynamics has released a 5- to 8-inch lift system for the '11-up GM 2500HD/3500HD trucks and the system has the new Torsion Relocation System (TRS) bracketry.
The new TRS bracketry system allows you to gain maximum ground clearance in the center of the vehicle by keeping the torsion bars mounted in the factory OEM position. This system incorporates the bumpstop mount and Torsion Relocation System all in one heavy-duty mount, giving you extreme high clearance and no torsion drop mounts hanging down.
Features of the system include a heavy-duty boxed subframe with integrated differential and transmission skidplates; CNC-machined, cast iron, OE-style steering knuckles; TRS brackets; 5- to 8-inch adjustable lift height; and the availability of 2.0 aluminum or 2.5 Series piggyback-reservoir shocks.
The kit works with OE wheels and tires and allows up to 35-inch-diameter tires when lifted at 6 to 7 inches and 37-inch-diameter tires when lifted to 8 inches (minor trimming required).
