Zone Offroad Products has just introduced 4- and 6-inch suspension lift kits for the '12 Ram 1500 trucks.
The 4-inch kit allows a maximum tire size of 35x12.50 with 17x8 wheels (4.5 inches of backspacing) or 18x9 or 20x9 wheels (5 inches of backspacing). The 6-inch kit allows up to 37x12.50 tires with 17x8 wheels (4.5 inches of backspacing) or 18x9 or 20x9 (5 inches of backspacing). Both kits utilize similar design to the popular '09-'11 kits, but include proper relocation for the new 2012 front differential housing. Both kits include heavy-duty front and rear crossmembers and differential skidplate to create a solid subframe, while the extended CNC-machined steering knuckles, new tie rod ends, differential drop brackets, driveshaft spacer, and strut top spacers maintain proper handling characteristics and work with the factory traction control system.
Due to height variances in the OE trucks, multiple rear lift options are available from 2-inch coil spacers up to 3-, 4-, and 5-inch replacement coils alsong with control arm relocation brackets, track bar brackets, extended sway bar links, bumpstop extensions, brakeline extensions, and your choice of new Hydro or Nitro shocks.
The 4-inch kit has a price of $1,409.95 and the 6-inch kit has a price of $1,519.95.
