It's a balmy 25 degrees F at the Four Wheeler Midwest Bureau in northern Illinois and we finally have snow on the ground, so it's a perfect opportunity to get some deep snow testing accomplished for our ongoing test of the Dick Cepek Radial F-C II tires that we have mounted on our Dodge Power Wagon.
