Bigfoot will attempt to reclaim the Guinness World Record for the longest monster truck long jump at the O'Reilly Auto Parts 4-Wheel Jamboree Nationals in September.

The all-new Bigfoot 18 will be piloted by veteran driver Dan Runte, who set the first record in 1999 with a jump of 202 feet over a 727 jetliner. According to Guinness World Records, the current record of 208 feet was set in 2010 by Joe Sylvester's Bad Habit monster truck.

The Fall 4-Wheel Jamboree Nationals take place September 14-16 and weather and conditions permitting the jump will take place on Sunday, September 16th.

The exact departure time for the September 16th long jump and additional details will be made available online at www.4wheeljamboree.com or by calling 317/236-6515.
