From time to time I'll wander the second hand (Goodwill) store. There is always something cool in there. This time around I found a Milwaukee reciprocating saw and some car ramps.
The saw was well used but appeared to still work. The cord had been chewed up and repaired rather hack-like but that could be fixed. I didn't note the price since I didn't really need it.
The car ramps were plastic and you could use them to get better access to the underside of a vehicle for an oil change. Fortunately all my trucks are tall enough for me to get under. But at $9 a piece it was a pretty good deal. Plus it was 1/2-price day so you could have the pair for for the price of one.
Then I wandered into the entertainment area. I have not seen that many VHS tapes since the 1990s. There was also a whole section of 8-Track tapes! I found this little Kenny Rogers gem for $1.99. And since it was half-price day it was only a buck. But I saved my dollar for a much better 8-Track tape that I will reveal later on as a cheesy prize for some corny contest I come up with.
