It seems like everything wants attention this weekend, even my washing machine. While doing the laundry I noticed the top agitator wasn't working. This is the second time this has happened, likely because I overfill the washer with dirty heavy jeans and other clothes. Anyway, it's these little cams that loose their teeth when the going gets rough.

 Last time it happened I thought I had ordered two sets (they only cost $3). Well, of course I had no idea where I put the spare set. So I ordered some more online at partselect.com and had them the very next day! The company sells parts for all kinds of appliances. If you know what you're doing and you're a pretty savvy wrench you can save a ton of cash! Anyway, the washer is up and running again thanks to $3 in plastic bits. I can't even imagine what a service guy would charge.
