Can You Identify This Tire?

Do you know what vehicle this tire rolls under? Here are some specs:

It's made by BFGoodrich and it has a 22-ply rating. You fill it with with 425 PSI of nitrogen. The tire itself is impregnated with aluminum powder to help dissipate heat and they cost $2,300 each.
