GM says that the 2011 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra HD trucks deliver best-in-class towing and payload ratings.
If you're into towing and hauling big loads, you'll be interested to know that these two rigs maximum ratings have increased to 21,700 pounds of towing and 6,635 pounds of payload.
GM says the new figures were achieved through ongoing development and testing.
