Superlift has just released a leveling kit for the current model Ford F-150. 

It uses strut spacers to easily and affordably raise the vehicles front to match the rear.  It's called the Level-It system and it consists of 0.75-inch-thick 6061 T-6 billet spacers and stud extensions.  It adds two inches of front lift that not only levels but allows fitment of 33-inch tires. 

Available options include performance shocks and a rear add-a-leaf that adds up to 1.5 inches of rear lift.

Installation is easy and Superlift says the system can easily be uninstalled later.  More info: www.superlift.com.
