Well, here ya go.  This new Zone Offroad Products kit mates their 2-inch leveling kit with their 1 1/2-inch body lift to create the room needed to fit those 33's on stock wheels.  Zone says the leveling kit maintains the factory ride and doesn't require strut removal.  The body lift includes front bumper brackets for a factory look and Grade 10.9 body bolts.

Zone says this kit is made in the USA and is very do-it-yourself-friendly.  It comes with thorough, detailed instructions.  Did we mention it costs less than $200?  More info: www.zoneoffroad.com
