It's all over but the gratuitous ogling. The competition has been fierce (we'll refrain from any catfight jokes here), but at long last the list has been narrowed down to three lucky ladies vying for the crown of Miss Mint 2009, pageant queen of off-road racing’s historic General Tire Mint 400. The finalists are Christina Roelant of Phoenix, Arizona (top left); Nikki Jansen of Glendale, Arizona (middle left); and Leigh Light of Oceano, California (bottom left).
Since the start of the contest in February, a bevy of beautiful contenders have registered online to be Miss General Tire Mint 400. Visitors to the site have voted, and the winner will be named during the kickoff party Thursday night at the Gold Diggers Night Club inside Golden Nugget Hotel at the Fremont Street Experience. Over 70,000 people have voted for Miss Mint 400 contest.
Miss Mint 400 will appear at the General Tire Mint 400 Fan Fair & Tech Day on Friday, March 27th and will help start the race Saturday March 28, 2009. In addition to being the centerpiece of all Mint 400 activities, the winner will receive $1,500 and a personal photo shoot.
