It looks as though winter has arrived in northern Illinois.  Snow squalls kicked up this afternoon and some were getting right with the program.  This was the view from the Four Wheeler Midwest Bureau a little while ago.  

I shouldn't be surprised I guess.  It IS mid-November.  It's a shock for me though, because for almost the past two weeks I've been cavorting in the Nevada and California desert shooting trail rides and Pickup Truck of the Year.  It was delightfully warm and dry.  I'm just not ready for snowflakes, ice and cold wind.  Guess I had better GET ready.
