Today we ran a couple of trails, including the appropriately-named "Rock Bottom" trail. Interestingly, tucked in with all the Jeeps in our group were a couple of fullsized rigs including this Ram 1500. The owner apparently thinks it's a short-wheelbase Jeep because he took it on almost every gnarly obstacle and kicked some serious rock booty.
Another cool fullsized rig on our run was this Dodge Ramcharger. It's 440ci-powered, fully caged and both D60's are locked. The owner also took this capable fullsize over the most challenging obstacles. Of course there we also had some very cool Jeeps on our run. The list ran the gamut from CJ's to TJ's to JK's, as well as an XJ. The surprise rig of the day was a Unimog, which was driven by our trail leader. Both fullsized rigs, as well as all the other rigs, left our ride under their own power. This is a testament to how well these Nevadans build their rigs.
