The Safari Triathlon was a very unique event that was held in Florida. Not only did competitors have to wheel through some incredibly difficult terrain, they also had to compete in TSD rallys, canoeing and recovery competitions. The last event of the multi-day competititon was a high-speed obstacle course, which was held in an old quarry. The action was incredible.
I can't remember exactly what part, or parts, broke on this Toyota when it augered headlong into the Florida dirt, but it looked gnarly.
