It happens to everyone.

Your putting along the trail with your buddies having a good time. Inevitably one of your friends wants to show off with his money pit rig sporting a fuel-injected 454, full-width Dana 60s and 44-inch tires. He squares up to take the line less traveled. You sigh as he clears the challenge without so much as slipping a tire. You don't want to look like a wuss so you man-up and attempt the same line in your Jeep with 35s with stock axles. Just about the time you're feeling confident about conquering the obstacle, you hear a loud SNAP!

Usually that sound is followed by "this is where I think we should sto to have lunch"

You break out the tools and start disassembling your rig while your friends munch down sandwiches and cans of pop.

You wonder if you have all the necessary parts, tools and knowledge to repair your broken axle, gears or whatever went snap...

In this scenario it's best to have a welder on hand.

The guy with the on-board welder is typically referred to as the trail-hero at the end of the day.

If you've ever wondered what it takes to be the "trail hero" check it out. It's not as hard as you would think.

For as little as $500.00 you can have the portable welding system that we take with us on the trail.

Ready Welder

With just two car batteries a DC Ready Welder can make the difference between a fun day on the trail and a hard day of winching and arguing about which line is the easiest to drag a disabled rig home on.

Premier Power Welder

The Premier Power Welder  is a DC welder that is powered by your vehicles charging system.

The major difference is that the Premier is a Arc/Stick type welder.
