Well we are up in Placerville and spent most of today wrenching on the 'Con Artist. Now that we are finsihed and all packed up, we'll be hitting the Rubicon tomorrow morning, leaving the hotel at 7am.
Today was a long day. We spent time at Rubicon Express in Rancho Cordova, Ca, where they upgraded our JK with the new seemingly indestructible track bar braket and awesome Light Racing jounce shocks. We also freshened up our kit with some new bushings and when all was said and done, we took off the doors and top and added our Rancho rock doors. If I am taking the 'Con through the Rubicon, we are doing it proper - with no doors or top. It may be dusty, but it should make for a great story!
See you when we return.
