Today Fabtech announced a new product that anyone with a Cummins-powered Dodge Ram would want.

High torque and leaf springs result in axle wrap. Axle wrap is undesirable because it robs power from your truck and causes undue stress on the spring packs. To solve this issue Fabtech created a kit that mechanically ties the axle to the chassis through a triangulated floating link system that eliminates dreaded axle wrap.

Here's the scoop:

Reduce rear leaf spring axle wrap caused by oversized tires. Fabtech's exclusive traction bar shackle system allows the bars to float with the travel of the suspension. This provides a non-binding, smooth highway ride while still providing positive resistance to torque loads, reducing leaf spring wrap and increasing tire traction.

Thew kit was designed to fit single rear wheel '03-08 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 pickups.
