When it comes to building 4x4s their are a few tools you simply have to own.

I decided to develop a little list with links to help those who may not know or are new to the sport.

Welder: This essential tool will open up a plethora of fabrication ability. Think of it as a hot glue gun for metel. Contact info.

Welding Helmet: You can't weld without one of these....

Tube Bender: The most important part of any rig is the roll cage. If you don't have one, your not hard core. A tubing bender will allow you to bend steel tube to a shape that fits well and looks good on your 4x4.

Notcher: You need to notch tubing so that it fits snuggly together prior to welding. This JMR MFG. notcher is one of the better ones avalable. Contact info.

PipeMaster: This tool takes the guess work out of figuring out angles on roll cages. Very handy for novice builders. Contact info.
