Well, it is another year already. Heck, it seems like 2007 was here just yesterday! So we want to know - What do you want to see in FW for 2008?

19. Dump the different covers for subscribers and the newsstand. Use the time and money saved to broaden your base with even more coverage of the different niches of the four wheeling genre. Maybe you could do some features on expedition rigs/trips and more mainstream do it all trail rigs. I know you have a wide audience, but it seems that there are too many features, while definitely cool and interesting, that are too specific and do not relate to the majority of readers. Desert racing/buildups are a big pet peeve for me - OFF ROAD magazine is super guilty of this, FOUR WHEELER not as much but still a litte too much.

20. Compare and rate vehicles in the FOUR WHEELER of the year competition against the all time great 4 wheel drive vehicles/systems. Approach this particular rating from a purely theoretical standpoint - leave out the subjective views and analyze them for the 4WD system operation only. Tom Sheppard has done a good job of separating out the various classes of 4WD systems in his publications and explaining the purpose(s) and functions of each. This would help readers understand the fundamentals of 4WD systems and keep tabs on the shortcuts, I mean designs, that the OEM's are using.
