That's right, our very own Feature Editor Robin Stover has just entered the world of full-time RV owner. Shown here hooked up to a 2008 F-350 King Ranch dually, this new 40-foot palace on wheels will allow Stover the flexibility to travel around comfortably from region to region for work and play. Equipped with a 14-foot garage, 3 pop-outs, and a computer work station, this rig has everything for our editor on the go.

Our only question for you is; What type of toy should he build to fit in the garage? Remember the garage is only 14 long x 7 tall x 8 wide.

3. He bought that setup and still has 10K for a toy? I guess I cannot belive you anymore when you write in the mag about how poor you are. LOL

I'd do a TJ or Samurai buildup. That would leave room for some spare parts (if you do the Sammi, you might have room for a spare Sammi...).
Nothing hand fabricated from unobtanium either. It needs to be stuff that can be bought off the shelf from Billy Bob's Parts Store in Podunk.

4. Hey that's not fair Dirty_Dog, us editors are poor (really), it is just that Robin sells his own blood on the side. He clearly has an advantage (plus he isn't married, or with kids like Brubaker and I and that clearly leaves him with some extra spending money).

5. Actually, I'm saving money by living in a camper for the next 3 years. My 1k/mo apartment in LA is going Bye Bye, so now I can afford a toy payment in addition to the $400/mo RV payment. We are indeed poor, I've just figured out how to maximize my fun per dollar.

Come on, admit it. You guys are all secretly living a Huge Heffneresque life, but with trucks instead of limos. With hordes of OEM and aftermarket suppliers pandering to your every whim in hopes of a mention in the rag, sending Hooters Girls to wash your trucks and hand you wrenches.
We know how it really is....

7. a sand rail would fit nicely. probably cost more than ten grand but maybe you can pull some strings for cheap parts.
