The Four Wheeler family mourns the loss of a cherished member today. Noel "Dozer" Chadbourne, of Clovis, California, passed away on Sunday August 12. He was only 45 years old.

We first met Dozer at Hollister Hills SVRA last year, as an alternate at Top Truck Challenge '06. While he didn't get a chance to compete, he was happy to volunteer his time, his energy, and his big red buggy to helping his fellow competitors with winching, recovery and repairs during the week. We invited him back to TTC last June where, once again, he lended a hand to the competitors whenever he could.

There aren't too many fellas who are willing to risk destroying their rigs by driving into the Tank Trap to help a fellow 'wheeler get unstuck, but Dozer was that kind of guy. During our times at TTC, he impressed us all with his team spirit and willingness to help, no matter the task, and with his infectious good humor. He was a great ambasssador for four wheeling, a gentleman and a class guy, and we will miss him greatly.

Our deepest condolences to his wife Debbie, and to his family, friends and loved ones.

2. I just wanted to clarify that Noel "DOZER" Chadbourne passed away a couple minutes after 5pm on saturday evening. His passing will be mourned for many years to come, will forever be in our memories and will always be loved.

Noel was known and respected by so many. He will be missed!

5. My heart goes out to family & freinds, most of all to Debbie, I only know the loss of my father although devestaing & surreal, i`m sure completly different.
Please know that, of this i`m sure with all i`ve heard and read about Dozer, myself and other complete stangers everywhere sadly mourn your loss.:{

7. I only met dozer this year at TTC 2007. He was gracious enough to give me a lift in the buggy. Sad to see him go. Really nice and genuine guy.

8. I met DOZER moonlight madness 06,07,and at red lake and cyote, a couple of months ago, i told hIm i had voted for him,for TTC, and how i like to see a local boy in it, i never seen anybody mob up (POSI HILL) with such a maner, you will be greatly missed, rip chad,aka DOZER
